Refund and Cancellation Policy
Under no circumstances whatsoever, is the return of Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards permitted under this Agreement once the same have been generated and delivered to the Purchaser.
Bachat cards' Right to Discontinue
The User acknowledges that Bachat cards have the right to discontinue the Services or reject applications for Pine Labs PPI at any time:
- If the information and supporting documents provided by the User bear discrepancies; or
- for any suspected violation of the rules, regulations, orders, directions, notifications issued by RBI from time to time or for any violation of these Terms or any law for the time being in force; or
- to combat potential fraud, sabotage, wilful destruction, threat to national security or for any other force majeure event;
- If Bachat cards believe, in its reasonable opinion, that cessation/suspension is necessary for any other legitimate purpose.
No Transactions without KYC
There shall be no Transactions without compliance with KYC requirements. The User understands and agrees that Bachat cards reserves the right to take all steps necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable KYC and legal requirements. Bachat cards may require the User to submit all requisite KYC related information at the time of the User's access to the Services and/or a later date, for availing and/or continuation of the Pine Labs PPI.
